Shop to Fundraise is a rapid growing E-Commerce/Eco-Friendly Company seeking highly self-motivated individuals, Professional Athletes and proven Entrepreneurs. You will be contacting Non Profit Organizations, Schools, Churches, Youth Sport Organizations, etc and showing them how to raise money for their Non Profit Organization effectively. The current Economic conditions have created a huge demand for Non Profit Organizations to raise money immediately.
Pay Description: highly competitive sales commissions – upfront plus bonuses and overrides. Top earners are making $20,000.00/month commission. Our business model is very simple and extremely rewarding. Your client base only requires 20 Organizations in order to make $20K+/Month.
Job Description: We are seeking Business Development experienced Sales and Customer Service background personnel with a passion for meeting and exceeding aggressive goals. You will work collaboratively with senior management and assume a lead role in building our already growing client base during a period of significant growth and opportunity. We provide the most advanced Proprietary Customer Relationship Management software with leads to allow you to exceed your goals.
What we are looking for:
*An experienced closer, computer and Internet skills a must.
*A self-motivated creative thinker with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
*Someone who can do less with more! We need team members that don't need constant supervision and are able to work outside of an office environment – must be computer/internet literate. CRM background a plus!
*Someone who has led teams, preferably with a good operations background.
*Someone with exceptional people skills who can build great relationships quickly.
*Someone who thrives in a start-up environment likes to work hard, take on challenges and hit targets.
*Someone with a large network of decision makers. *Understands a business to business sales environment and is passionate about making a positive change industry wide
Responsibilities include:
*Create detailed potential client targets. * Collaborate with the sales team remotely to communicate client needs and define best sales approach. *Keep incredibly organized client notes and communicate effectively. *Utilize our database of leads and identify decision makers, schedule webinar presentations, discover client needs and challenges and offer the correct solution. *Close business.
Requirements:
*A proven track record in b2b sales and marketing
*An excellent verbal and written communicator
Location: Nationwide must have internet access
Compensation: Commission paying upfront plus bonuses and overrides
